Brocoli ??

Today I found a weird Vegetable in the super market. I did not know how to cook it or what is it..

it looks like a Brocoli But with some "Fractals" on it.

Its pattern repeats and repeats and repeats... really nice..

Can some one tell me what it is? and how to cook it?
