Papiroflex = Papiroflexia = Origami

Origami (折り紙, from ori meaning "folding", and kami meaning "paper"; kami changes to gami due to rendaku) is the traditional Japanese art of paper folding.

An ancient Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish by a crane, such as long life or recovery from illness or injury.

This folding quest was performed today on the city center, we just fold 4, but I am sure that by the end of the day the 1000 was easily achieved. There were allready a couple of hundreds when we arrive and there was a lot of people folding together.

House Planning

At life there are some times where you need to start planning about the future and where are you going to live. some of my friends are allready building some houses, I might start doing it some day. but not yet. We have some other plans in mind. But anyway it was fun taking a look on their plans and being able to suggest about it. I wish them the best of the luck on it. I am allready waiting for that inaugural party :-)

Boring Plan

Well not all types of Planning are totally fun. sometimes it can be but some others is kind of boreing, but unfortunately a must. Otherwise you find yourself at night with no food and hungry asking yourself. Why I didnt go to buy some groceries before?  That is it.. I am talking about going to the supermarket to buy those things you usually need. Sometimes people do it with aid of a list, some others with big memory learn things by hard. Anyway as I said before... Sometimes I enjoy it sometimes I dont. but the list is allways hanging on the frame of the kitchen door.

Port planning

During a trafic jamm while trying to cross the Elbe River "from below". Through the "Elbe tunnel". i got a view to the port, where thousands of containers are loaded and unloaded from and to the ships.
Lots of cranes and people are needed for the daily planning and logistic needed to operate it.

Planning the Week

Today, I am alone in an hotel room, organizing some things I need to present on tomorrows meeting. It might also be a good time to plann the week and pictures I still have in mind. or even make some backups, that I havent done lately on the computer.

Colorfull Sunset

 This is not a Planning picture... or maybe we can call it a Plane-ing picture?  Today I was stucked on an airplane, but from there nice pictures can also be shoted so I tried to capture the colorfull sunset I had on my left window. I Regret not taking it on RAW, because there was alot of nice colours that i saw. most of them were captured but I must say it was much more bright. and JPEG did not alow me to save and re gain some of its tones :-(.

Planning a Trip

With the Spring Week over, it is time to start Planning Next Week. And why not Start Planning a Trip.
I would say it is one of my favourite hobbys. unfortunately I can not do it as much as I can. but still I allways try to take out the best of it that I can.
