I found a place to play chess on a BIIIG Board.
Unfortunately I am still land-sick.. and while on land. I still move from side to side like if I am still on a boat. therefore the picture is like that.  jaja.. not really but I like it that way.

24 Uurs Regata Lloyd

I think I forgot telling at the beginning that all this was about a sailin training to participate at the end on the 24 Hour race in the Ijselmeer in Holland. And well I must say it was really interesting the full trip, but the best part was the end and seeing the finish line after 24Hours non-stop. was a great relief.

We were on board of the "Lucky Spirit" which finish on place 320/504 by doing 128nm (about 255Km)

I think it was not bad for a first time :-)

But I think I will try that again. it was so much fun !

504 Boats

The official count was 504 boats on that day.  It was really amazing :-P

This is the one that I was talking about but this tie in white.

Approaching the end

The day after, the race was approaching the end. and hundreds of boats comming from 15 different ports, start to gather together to the finish line. It was amazing to see so much ships at once.
